How to report an error
Write to us through our contact page with:
- the address (URL) of the page;
- the sentence or figure you think is wrong;
- where you found the correct information, ideally an official source such as the Central Bank Rulebook or a government page.
What happens next
- We check your report against the official source.
- If the page is wrong or out of date, we correct it and change its "updated" date. If we checked the whole guide again, its "reviewed" date changes too.
- If a fact or figure changed, we add a short note to the page saying what changed and when, and list the correction below.
If the source confirms what the page says, we leave it as it is. Our methodology explains which sources we rely on.
What counts as a correction
- Corrections: a wrong or outdated fact, figure, date, rule or calculation, or a link to the wrong source. These are noted on the page and in the log.
- Updates: clearer wording, new sections, better examples, fixed typos and layout changes. These change the "updated" date but are not logged here.
Our editorial policy explains how guides are written and reviewed.
